Since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Matt has worked predominently in the not-for-profit sector and provincial government. He worked with Family and Community Support Services in Alberta and briefly as Executive Director of a provincial sports association in Alberta. He has also worked in the fields of human rights and democratic development with the Rights and Democracy Network based in Montreal, Quebec. More recently, Matt has worked as Executive Assistant to two Members of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. He currently resides in Calgary.
